This passion led her (and the team) to receive an RCS-D™ designation, uniquely qualifying her to work with couples going through a divorce, family lawyers, and related financial professionals. She is also the founder and president of the Collaborative Divorce Network, a community of qualified professionals that helps people considering or going through a divorce.

Whether you are moving to a Senior Living Community or downsizing, The Heather Murphy Team enjoys working with older adults and their families during this time of transition. Our team takes special care to go at your pace, provide referrals to any necessary advisors, and help make the process as smooth as possible.   

Heather Murphy and Heather Woodruff are certified as Seniors Real Estate Specialists® (SRES®), a designation with the National Association of Realtors. This designation, along with their decades of experience, uniquely qualify them to support seniors in their real estate needs when downsizing or moving to a senior community. Heather Murphy is a regular volunteer at the Action Senior Center and understands the concerns and desires of the older adults in the community. Heather Woodruff has over 20 years of experience in physical therapy and is very aware of the accessibility needs of her clients.
